Private beach experience, Attractive room amenities, Adult and child pool areas
Communication difficulties with staff could hinder service experiences!!! The noise levels from entertainment can be quite disruptive at night!!! The check-in process was frustratingly lengthy and disorganized!!!

Great family getaway with stunning views
Our stay was filled with lovely moments, especially the breathtaking sunsets from our sea-view suite. The kids enjoyed the pool and the evening entertainment by the pool bar. Don't miss the Turkish dishes at the restaurant, they were a pleasant surprise. A tip for future guests, try to visit during less crowded periods to enjoy a more peaceful experience.

A dining experience to forget
The hotel was beautiful, with a stunning view from our room. The private beach offered plenty of opportunities for relaxation, and the staff was mostly friendly. Entertainment was engaging and varied throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired. Many menu options were not available, and the food often lacked flavor or variety. Service during meals felt rushed and disorganized, making it difficult to enjoy our time.

This place was a great match for a cursory stop in Ozdere with fantastic value for money. The pools were fantastic and super clean, which made our time relaxing by the water truly enjoyable. Make sure to check out the evening shows—they're entertaining and a fun way to end the day.

Had an awesome week with friends! The private sand beach was perfect for beach volleyball, and we enjoyed the health club too. The staff was friendly, and a quick message through the hotel's app sorted out our room issue. Overall, the activities and amenities kept us entertained.
We tried the Chinese a la carte restaurant, and it was disappointing. The food was not up to par, especially the tempura prawns that lacked proper seasoning. Definitely feedback needed there.

I loved how the rooms in the Standard Double Room Sea View were cleaned every day, making it feel fresh throughout my stay. The variety of food options was impressive, especially the traditional Turkish dishes. The beach and pool areas were pristine, with staff cleaning them daily. I really enjoyed the snacks at the beach bar, particularly the Pisi with chocolate sauce. However, the dining experience in the main restaurant had its challenges. The staff worked hard but seemed overwhelmed during peak dining hours. I found it frustrating to look for cutlery and clean tables, which detracted from the overall experience. Attempts at à la carte dining did not meet expectations. for example, a fish dish we ordered wasn’t as advertised. The entertainment offered in the evenings looked fun, but I didn’t participate much as I preferred the quieter pontoon area. The beverage options were pretty decent, and sitting by the cabanas was a highlight. Some staff at the patisserie weren’t the friendliest, but the guest relations manager was very helpful. The entertainment vibe changed during busier times, which made finding a peaceful spot a bit challenging.
