It was all in all super.

The animation programs until late into the night, sometimes until 1 o'clock in the morning, were terrible. I had a wonderful room with a direct view to the sea, but unfortunately there were also the animation stages. At night it was so loud that I could not sleep, in the morning I was exhausted. That went on every day, closing windows didn't bring much, no chance against this system and lighting.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the amazing beach access, clean swimming pools with great activities, and delicious food options available all day long. The staff were also very professional and friendly, making our stay unforgettable.

Had a pleasant Christmas vacation at this hotel. the staff was professional and friendly. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view. the food was diverse and tasty. the hotel's location was great as it was near the beach and offered a lot of activities to enjoy.

Not all aspects of the hotel were great. There were some maintenance issues and the noise level from the entertainment shows was too loud.

The hotel's restaurants offer a great variety of food, from Hong Kong Chinese to Italian, and they are very enjoyable. the facilities in the beach restaurants, or in the Italian restaurant, were also great. the rooms were well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with nice amenities such as bathrobes and slippers. the pools were clean and had plenty of space for everyone.

Some aspects of the service were lacking, such as some reception staff being unhelpful and bad tempered, and there was a lack of English skills among some of the staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that made us feel truly luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering a variety of treatments like full body massage, facial, and body wraps. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were perfect for relaxing after a long day. the outdoor swimming pool was spacious and had plenty of sun loungers. Beach access was just a step away, and the aqua park was great fun. The restaurant and poolside snack bar both served delicious food, with special diet menus available. Cons: We had an issue with the communication, as some staff struggled with English. they were always polite and friendly, and we managed to communicate effectively.
